- I contacted you about my need for a website, what’s next?
We will contact you via e-mail within 1 – 2 business days with a price quote and may ask you for more details about your project. After we have reached an agreements about the website’s project and pricing, we will begin designing your website.
- What is included in your website design plan price?
Each website design plan includes a complete custom website with multiple pages such as
Home Page, About Us Page, Contact us Page, Privacy Policy Page, Terms of use page, Photo Gallery Page, Testimonial Page, Calendar of Events page, Paypal Payment/donation option, Social media sharing links, etc
What is NOT included in our website design price: hosting service and domain name, content writing, excessive content, etc.. We can purchase a domain and host your website for extra costs.
- What content do I need to provide you to build my website?
Once we agree on your website design plan, you need to provide us with all the content (text, pictures, videos, audio, links, etc.) for your website, in a high quality digital format/files. We cannot accept handwritten text, scanned pages/images, very low quality or watermarked photos, etc…
If you do not have any pictures for your website, we may include some free stock photos at no extra charge.
- Why are your prices so low compared to other web designers?
We are a family owned website design service provider. Our operational costs are low and we work much more efficiently than the big web design companies, who have lots operational costs that they pass on to their clients.
- Will you design responsive mobile device and search engine optimization friendly website for me?
Yes. We design each website with the latest software that is compatible with mobile devices and search engine friendly, which also make your website to be compliant with Search Engines guidelines.
- I am interested, but how much do you charge to build a website?
You can pre-order your website design by selecting the plan that suite your needs. The price for each website is shown on our home page.
- I like your website design prices, but I’m not sure what to expect for this price?
If you are a small business owner, independent professional, nonprofit organization, etc. and you need a professional looking website at an affordable price, you’ve come to the right place. We will build you a unique, attractive website, using the latest web technologies, for the best price possible. It will be customized to suite your small business needs.
- How will I be able to update the website you created for me?
Yes. Your website will be on the WordPress platform that has a simple dashboard, where you can log in and edit your content in an editor, that makes updates as simple as editing a MS Word document. After the project completion, we can walk you through how to easily update your website.
- Do you work with WordPress and other Content Management Systems?
Yes we do. Most of the websites we create are done in WordPress, but we also do Weebly website. If you need weebly website, please contact us for details.
- I want to build an ecommerce / online store with woocomerce, can you design it for me?
Yes, we design easy to manage ecommerce website or online store, which your business can use to sell products/services online and process credit card payments.
- I have some ideas about the website I want, but I’m not sure how to explain them?
Depending on your preferences, we can build your website based entirely on your ideas and style or we can design it based on our view of the project, integrating your ideas into it.
If you just want a good looking website to fit your intent and goals, we will build it based on our experience and taste.
- Can I call you on the phone to explain my ideas about my website?
Yes you can contact us vie email using the contact us form or you can call our office at 615-678-8220 24 Hours 7 days per week.
- How long will it take you to build my website?
Depending on the complexity of the type of website you need. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days after we have all the content (text and pictures) from you, to have your project completed.
- I have a lot of text and pictures that need to be included in the website you are building for me – is there any additional fee for the extra work?
Our prices are based on a reasonable amount of content per each page. What is reasonable is up to our designers’ discretion. Any excessive content may be subject to a small additional fee depending on the amount of time it will require us include the text and pictures to your website.
- Who owns the website once it is completed?
The website belongs to you and if you wish to update it on your own or use another web design company – you are completely at liberty to do so.
- How much time do I have to provide the content for the website that you are designing for me?
We expect to receive all the content and complete the project, within no more than 3 weeks after we have reached mutual agreements. After this time frame, the project fee needs to be paid in full if you want us to continue with the project.
- Do you offer monthly maintenance?
If you need frequent website updates, we can maintain and update your website for a very affordable monthly fee.
- I have a website and I just want to add some new text and photos, can you do it for me?
Yes, even if your website is not built by us, we can update your website for a very reasonable price.
- Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes, we do. We can redesign, retaining your current style, or we can redesign to give it a completely new look. We will redesign your website by taking advantage of the latest web technologies and making it Search Engine Friendly.
- Do you provide a hosting service and domain name?
You can use your own domain name and hosting service for your project. But if you do not have a domain name and a hosting service, we can purchase a suitable domain name for you and bill you for it, and we can host your website for you at affordable price.

- Do you provide content writing services?
Yes, at an affordable fee, we can write content to meet your website need.
- What are Hosting Server and Domain Name and why I need these for my website?
Domain Names
When you have a website visitor, they use your domain name to view your website (for example www.mywebsite.com). When a site visitor enters your domain name into a browser, the domain is then translated into your server IP address, then the server sends that user your site files, which their browser represents to them as a typical web-page.
Web-Hosting Servers
The web hosting is much like the space that you rent out to have your business in. It’s the space provided by your host, to store your website files on a special online server. Without the hosting services, you won’t have a place for your files to reside, so your domain would then become like a disconnected phone number in the phone directory, and your site files would have nowhere to stay.
In order to have your own website you need to buy hosting service and domain name. We can help you purchase your preferred domain name and host your website for affordable yearly fees. The costs for Domain Name and hosting service are are not included in our website design plan prices.
- Do I need a SSL Certificate on my Website
Although the SSL is not mandatory, unless you collect sensitive information (credit card #s, SSN, etc..) directly on your website, it is highly recommended. If your website doesn’t have a SSL certificate, it will display a ‘Not Secure’ in the URL bar and it may have a lower position/rank in the Google searches. And it is not only for Google, visitors also trust the secure sites.
